I'm looking to lead or support rare disease patient access and specialty pharmacy programs, resolving complex reimbursement barriers while improving case operations, team performance, and continuity of therapy.

At Amgen, I manage complex rare disease access cases, partnering with Patient Access Liaisons, Medical Science Liaisons, hubs, specialty pharmacies, and families to resolve prior authorizations, denials, appeals, copay claims, and reimbursement barriers.

I've also led teams of eight case managers at CareMetx, improving enrollment quality and turnaround times through KPI oversight, coaching, training, and case-queue management.
