As an Assistant Manager, I keep the store “up to company standards weekly” while staying focused on results. I create “action plans for the week,” conduct shop diagnostics/repairs, contact customers about quotes, and delegate associates to prevent lost work time.

I’ve also owned the details that impact performance, including maintaining the sales floor with “weekly updates on price tags,” organized fronts, and planograms. Earlier, as a store clerk, I ensured a “safe and clean environment for customers and associates” and consistently greeted and supported customers.

Right now, I’m expanding my production skills as a Sheet Metal Fabricator. I operate heavy machinery for fast-paced production, assemble air ducts in different shapes and sizes, use hand tools for adjustments, run a liner table for insulation measurements, and train new hires to maintain top quality products.
