At Anika Systems, I develop Tableau reports and dashboards for USCIS and NSF. I also developed and teach a dashboard development theory course for USCIS Analyst University’s Analyst Basic program.
For USCIS, I created a presentation on the Design Council’s Double Diamond methodology and piloted existing dashboards in Tableau mobile format, along with a QA checklist for mobile testing.
At Merkle Inc, I developed Tableau and Spotfire reports and dashboards and administered both environments. I also led BI teams through design, development, and delivery.
Earlier, I developed Spotfire analytics at Verisk Retail, including analytics to diagnose application errors and monitor system health. Across my career, I’ve worked on database design, SQL development, ETL, and BI tools including MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS, Business Objects, Cognos, and Crystal Reports.
