Keneiloe Kgasi

I lead performance and athlete-development provision at Pathway Sports Academy in Dubai, designing high-performance training that develops technical, tactical, physical and decision-making skills.

Alongside this work, I've delivered Physical Education and coached netball, basketball, water polo, athletics and rounders at Dubai College across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. I plan practical programmes, assess GCSE PE, manage resources and create safe, inclusive learning environments.

Previously, I led sport and Physical Education from Grade 0–12 at Summerhill International College and founded The Netball Factory, a youth sports-development organisation focused on participation, talent identification and player pathways.

I'm also a former international South African netball player and netball analyst for Power FM and SABC Sport. Across education, high-performance sport and community programmes, I bring 20+ years of coaching, operations, team leadership and stakeholder coordination.
