What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can improve procurement efficiency and compliance, drive value for money, and use data analysis and strategic planning to evaluate suppliers, manage contracts, and strengthen decision-making through strong reporting.

I lead public procurement with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and value for money. In my role, I contribute to corporate planning, develop annual procurement plans and budgets, advise directors and managers on procurement policies and supplier reliability, and help shape procurement strategies and standards.

I oversee procurement records and ensure practices conform to applicable procurement legislation and government guidelines. I analyze tender documents, serve as e-Procurement Coordinator and Lead Evaluator, coordinate compliance reviews and training, and prepare submissions and reports for oversight stakeholders; I also negotiate contract terms and monitor the contract award and ongoing performance to resolve issues and protect outcomes.

Previously, I managed the full tender and procurement workflow on the Government of Jamaica e-Procurement platform, supported contract awards and vendor selection, and used Tableau and Excel-based visualization to report spend and support procurement decisions. I also teach across data analysis and business-related disciplines, bringing a data-driven mindset—Python, Tableau, and analytics—into how I evaluate suppliers, manage risk, and strengthen procurement execution.
