At the University of the West Indies, I manage the acquisition and lifecycle of IT equipment and provide solutions for the institution’s business needs. I lead IT procurement services in line with the University’s purchasing policies.
I improved vendor relationships and renegotiated payment terms with Dell and HP, helping improve the University’s cash flow. I also renegotiated the Digicel Mobile Closed User Group contract to increase bundled minutes without increasing the subscription fee.
I created automated loan calculation forms in Microsoft Excel at First Heritage Credit Union, reducing loan processing time. I also improved the filing system and processed loan, savings, and investment products.
Earlier, as an Educational Sales Rep at MARKET TRADERS INSTITUTE (MTI CARIBBEAN), I contributed to establishing the Trinidad & Tobago Branch and supported its marketing campaign and promotional sales events.
