At Emin Holding, I organized an outside-sales model across branches in Central Anatolia, forming and training teams in Kayseri, Konya, Isparta, and Antalya. I also contributed to the 560 Kurtköy shared-property investment project.
At M. Aydın Holding’s Hedefevim, I managed the setup of the Kayseri branch, from its premises and CRM integration to hiring and team development. The 10-person branch grew from about 10 to 40 contracts per month in roughly six months.
At Kocasinan Gayrimenkul Danışmanlık, I worked on real-estate certification and candidate training and assessment. Since 2025, I’ve taught as a visiting lecturer at Erciyes University’s Faculty of Education while continuing academic work on international security.
