I am a Kenya-based data analyst with experience in business intelligence, reporting automation, data quality and customer analytics.

As Lead Data Analyst at Allen Grey from September 2021 to February 2025, I built and maintained Metabase dashboards, analysed operational performance, automated data processing and reporting with Python and Zapier, and integrated data across Salesforce, GA4 and other platforms. I also implemented data-quality monitoring and documented data flows and governance processes.

As Product Data Analyst at Zutari from March 2020 to August 2021, I built Power BI and Mixpanel dashboards for product usage, feature adoption and customer engagement, and translated technical findings into practical recommendations.

As Customer Experience Analyst at CCI Kenya from May 2025 to February 2026, I supported T-Mobile Prepaid customers using Salesforce CRM, investigated recurring service issues and created a resolution reference for complex cases. I achieved 79% first-call resolution and received Top Agent recognition for October 2025. All three roles were full-time.

My tools include SQL, Python, Power BI, Metabase, Mixpanel, Salesforce CRM, Excel, R and Zapier. I hold a BSc in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (2012–2016). My Salesforce Platform Administrator certificate was issued in March 2026.
