I’m looking for a role where I can manage Moodle and LMS operations end-to-end, support users, and improve training delivery with structured learning paths, accurate reporting, and practical digital tools.

I’m an LMS Specialist with hands-on experience in Moodle administration and digital learning operations, focused on clear user management, smooth course enrollment, and strong day-to-day platform reliability. I support learners and administrators with LMS navigation, access troubleshooting, and course-related requests.

In my current role, I administer Moodle/LMS users and roles, configure courses, learning paths, and assessments, and manage participant tracking and training records. I use digital tools and AI to improve training workflows, documentation, and reporting, while maintaining accurate data and effective onboarding for internal and customer users.

Previously, I designed training methodologies and digital learning resources, built onboarding materials, and developed guides and job aids for customer service and sales teams. I also led and delivered training as a supervisor and officer—organizing training schools, supporting virtual processes, and delivering performance-focused sessions for commercial and operational teams.
