What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design and develop e-learning and visual communication that meet clear standards—pairing creative direction, quality review, and teaching-first structure to deliver scalable, business-aligned training for diverse audiences.

I’m an E-Learning & Visual Communication Designer with 10+ years in graphic design and content creation, including 3 years in e-learning and 5 years as an educator. I design visual learning systems for internal teams, customers, partners, and academic audiences—across technical and non-technical contexts.

In my recent roles, I’ve built e-learning modules, microlearning, and video-based training, translating complex content into structured learning with SMEs and instructional designers. I’ve contributed to nationally deployed RBT training programs in the U.S., adding interactive and multimedia components while supporting course updates and scaling flagship programs.

I also bring strong creative leadership: I led visual direction and brand systems for marketing, product, and educational content as Creative Director, and I’ve managed high-volume production as a Production Manager. My approach is teaching-first—using clear standards, quality review, and consistent workflows so learning delivers measurable clarity.
