At Mountain Health Co-op, I negotiate and manage provider contracts with hospitals, physicians, clinics, and ancillary providers. I coordinate contract implementation, renewals, amendments, and terminations, and resolve contract issues and claims payment concerns.
I also work with the third-party administrator, vendors, and credentialing team to streamline processes and support timely approvals. I maintain provider contract records, prepare reports on contracting activity and network performance, and educate providers on contract terms and policies.
