I’m looking for a role where I can lead Agile/SAFe program and portfolio execution, strengthen Jira governance and metrics, and partner with engineering and leadership to drive clear roadmaps, transparency, and measurable delivery outcomes.

I’m a Program, Portfolio, and Product Management professional with 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives in Agile/SAFe environments. I align portfolios with executive priorities, orchestrate cross-functional planning, and govern delivery systems so leaders can make informed, data-driven decisions.

At Charter Communications (Spectrum), I led and facilitated Program Increment (PI) Planning for 15+ cross-functional teams, resolving interdependencies and ensuring execution matched enterprise objectives. I supported portfolio planning and governance for Wi-Fi Engineering, provided clear project visibility to Project and Delivery Managers, and used performance/delivery metrics to assess commitments versus outcomes.

I built scalable delivery infrastructure through Jira governance—designing and implementing a Jira governance model for Wi-Fi Engineering and QA teams and standardizing Jira workflows across nine projects. I also managed Jira configuration change-management (field rationalization, team vetting, impact reviews) and authored PRDs, test cases, and feature guides to support development and QA operations.

More broadly, I’ve managed product lifecycles from ideation to post-release support and improved coordination through Agile-style workflows. As an Independent Technology Consultant, I continue helping stakeholders evaluate collaboration and productivity tools through research, documentation, and planning support.
