I am an avid educator with a strong commitment to providing equity and access to quality instruction. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a minor in Elementary Math Education, I have dedicated my career to improving educational practices and outcomes for students. My recent Master of Science in Applied Studies in Teaching and Learning further enhances my ability to implement effective teaching strategies.
Currently, I serve as the Math Coordinator at Chester Community Charter School, where I lead the development and implementation of a pilot Math program. My role involves creating professional development sessions tailored to the needs of instructional staff and ensuring that our resources align with state standards. I have a proven track record of fostering collaborative environments through coaching and feedback, which has significantly improved teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
