Hannah Cooper

I am a licensed math teacher with classroom experience at Kepner Beacon Middle School, focused on fostering student growth through data-informed instruction and thoughtful curriculum design. I consistently maintain organized virtual classrooms and detailed grade records to support learning both in and out of class.

As a 7th Grade Team Lead, I facilitate weekly meetings with colleagues, support consistency in expectations, and represent my team in senior leadership discussions to advance school-wide instructional goals. I proactively share supplemental projects and resources to enrich math instruction across grade levels.

My strengths include advanced mathematical skills, curriculum design, conflict resolution, and analytical problem solving, which I apply to tailor instruction and adjust goals based on assessment data. I enforce classroom procedures and cultivate a structured environment where students are accountable and supported.

I hold a B.S. in Education and a B.A. in Mathematics from Miami University, earned Cum Laude, and I am a Noyce Scholar. I am committed to collaborative educator communities and continual improvement of instructional practices to maximize student outcomes.
