Supported Volunteer Services by assisting the Volunteer Coordinator with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, phone communication, and data entry. Helped with marketing and internal communications using Microsoft Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint, and shadowed interdisciplinary pediatric care roles.

Maintained an organized studio environment and promoted member growth through sales outreach and community marketing. Conducted member prospect communication via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions and supported local marketing events and outreach efforts.

Coached gymnastics for campers ages 3–15 by creating safe, energetic activities and incorporating age-appropriate gymnastics skills and equipment. Supervised camp operations including check-in/check-out safety procedures and trained and promoted camp counselors with other supervisors.

Provided direct resident care including feeding, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal service, and medication assistance as needed. Built relationships with residents and supported engagement in scheduled activities.

Provided high-level nursing care in a Level IV NICU for critically ill premature and full-term neonates requiring complex medical and surgical interventions. Managed care including phototherapy, IV therapy, oxygen support, and assisted with ventilator management and invasive monitoring, and educated families on neonatal conditions and post-discharge care.
