What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a NICU nursing role where I can deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and continue advancing my clinical knowledge in neonatal intensive care—anywhere I’m needed.

I’m a Compassionate and highly skilled NICU nurse with experience providing specialized care to critically ill newborns. I deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in high-pressure environments while assessing, monitoring, and implementing care plans with complex medical needs.

Since February 2024, I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. I administer medications and treatments as prescribed, use advanced neonatal technology (including ventilators, incubators, and phototherapy lights), and collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and social workers to develop comprehensive care plans.

I’m known for building trust with families through effective communication, and I take a collaborative approach to ensure seamless coordination within the healthcare team. I also served as a preceptor for new nurses, guiding and mentoring them during orientation in the NICU setting.

Before my NICU role, I completed a Nurse Externship at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center’s adult Neuro ICU (June 2023–January 2024), building experience in head-to-toe and focused neurological assessments, medication administration, and workflow preparation for new graduate practice. I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Phoenix College (Jan 2022–Dec 2023) and hold RN licensure with BLS, NRP, and CPR certifications.
