At ANY BABY CAN, I provided nursing support to mothers, infants, children, and families in home and community settings. I assessed health and developmental needs, coordinated care and referrals, and educated parents and caregivers on child health and preventive care.
At St. David’s North Austin Medical Center and St. David’s Medical Center, I provided nursing care to premature, critically ill, and medically complex neonates in high-acuity NICU settings. I monitored clinical changes, reviewed laboratory and diagnostic information, and collaborated with care teams on individualized plans.
I also educated families about diagnoses, treatments, feeding, and discharge needs, and maintained accurate electronic records. My clinical experience includes community-based nursing, maternal-child health, patient assessment, and care coordination.
