At Ochsner Children’s Hospital, I provide nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU and Pediatric CVICU. I perform ongoing assessments, monitor patients, administer medications, and communicate changes in condition.

As Charge RN, I coordinate unit workflow, support staff, and prioritize patient care needs. I also mentor and precept new graduate nurses as they transition into pediatric critical care.

My experience includes supporting care for patients requiring complex therapies, and I’m ECMO-trained and CRRT-trained. Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a Patient Care Technician in the same PICU/CVICU, assisting with direct care for critically ill pediatric patients.
