At Norton Rose Fulbright, I support sponsor-side renewable energy real estate transactions across multi-parcel wind, solar, and battery storage portfolios. I manage title, survey, site-control, and closing diligence to keep construction financing and project development on schedule.

I draft and review leases, easements, commitments, crossing-agreement exhibits, and legal descriptions; reconcile competing land-rights terms; and identify title exceptions involving surface estates, subsurface estates, oil and gas leases, and mineral rights. I work directly with title companies, surveyors, and clients to resolve outstanding items across multi-jurisdictional projects.

Previously at Clean Law PC, I managed SNDA execution and maintained portfolio tracking systems for renewable energy development transactions. I also bring litigation support experience in filings, trial preparation, document drafting, and case-file organization.
