I'm seeking a full-time administrative, data entry, records, or claims-processing role where I can support efficient operations, handle sensitive information responsibly, and contribute accurate high-volume work.

I've supported healthcare operations at Episource LLC and Sierra Health Services by processing records, claims, and prior authorization requests accurately.

At Episource, I processed more than 200 records daily, using Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office to scan, retrieve, transfer, and manage documents containing PHI/PII.

At Sierra Health Services, I managed 40+ prior authorization requests each day and maintained 100% accuracy in medical claims processing while following HIPAA requirements and meeting deadlines.
