What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a Director-level product/technology role where I can make complex, regulated problems executable—aligning stakeholders, scaling teams, modernizing platforms, and applying AI/agentic workflows to drive measurable delivery outcomes.

I’m a Director of Product who makes complex, governed environments executable—turning ambiguity into product direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving delivery to release. Over 10+ years, I’ve led product, development, and operations across healthcare data, staffing platforms, and marketing technology.

I’m especially proud of building standards-aligned healthcare data capabilities—owning roadmaps, validation and normalization frameworks, HL7-to-USCDI cross-reference specifications, and multi-state operational resiliency. I’ve led initiatives spanning 100M+ record extraction pipelines with in-flight de-identification (HIPAA/PII governance) and transformed data into FHIR to support downstream research and analytics.

I also grow teams and accelerate execution with modern delivery approaches (Agile/Scrum and Kanban) and platform pragmatism. From leading SSO integrations and API modernization (including a KPI improvement of 95% reduced posting time) to launching vendor and MSP platforms, I focus on measurable outcomes—and I’m actively expanding into AI-driven product strategy, agentic workflows, and no-code AI prototyping.
