I’m a Project Coordinator who takes pride in being the primary client intake point and making every step of a high-value installation feel seamless. I manage calendars for multiple stakeholders and keep scheduling efficiency at 95% by staying ahead of priorities, materials, and permits.

I currently bring my construction project management focus to the details that keep projects moving—accurately entering site measurement data and product selections into a proprietary CRM, transitioning files from sales to installation/operations, and referencing walkthrough documentation and photos to prevent surprises. I also handle client calls for scheduling changes and escalations, and I draft and finalize professional correspondence, contracts, and service agreements.

Outside of project coordination, I’ve owned and operated a rotating off-campus music venue, where I increased social media followers from 200 to 1,700 in one year and grew shows by scouting, negotiating, and booking talent weeks/months in advance. I’ve also supported large-scale festival operations, including facility setup and auction/customer service, which strengthened how I collaborate, troubleshoot quickly, and deliver a smooth experience for guests and performers.
