I'm looking to lead lease administration, real estate finance, billing, reconciliation, and portfolio operations where I can improve data integrity, automate payment processes, and partner across teams.

At Cushman & Wakefield, I lead the end-to-end lease lifecycle for a 150-account portfolio spanning more than 700 locations, managing monthly AR billing, rent rolls, lease audits, reconciliations, and critical financial obligations. I work across landlords, tenants, clients, and transaction managers to resolve payment discrepancies and support real estate projects.

I've managed $70.5M in assets, maintained 97.6% occupancy across commercial properties, and helped deliver 11.9% rent increases through vendor management and bid procurement. I also streamlined expense management and payment processing for 90+ employees by implementing RAMP automation with QuickBooks.
