What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead full-lifecycle technical recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and data teams, partnering closely with hiring managers and using sourcing strategy and recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes.

At Saransh Inc., I own full-lifecycle hiring for ML/AI engineers, data scientists, LLM/GenAI engineers, and cloud infrastructure roles.

I partner directly with engineering managers to define requirements, calibrate candidate quality, build structured interview plans, and deliver evidence-based evaluations.

I use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and GenAI-powered search strategies to build pipelines for hard-to-fill searches, while tracking funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill in ATS platforms.

Previously, I supported enterprise talent acquisition at UST Global and led technical recruiting at Team 4 Progress Technologies. My earlier ETL development experience helps me screen engineering, data architecture, and infrastructure talent with technical context.
