I am a compassionate professional with experience in talent acquisition, healthcare support, and paraprofessional education roles. I combine hands-on patient care experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant with recruiting and hiring coordination skills to support both people and organizations.

At Fortrex Solutions I coordinate interviews, manage ATS entries, prepare pre-employment documentation, and track recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. I partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding processes.

In healthcare and educational settings I have provided direct personal care, implemented behavior interventions, supported students in classrooms, and maintained confidentiality and safety standards. I hold CNA certification and am pursuing undergraduate coursework in Elementary Education. I bring strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills, along with bilingual ability in Spanish, to roles that bridge human services and recruiting.
