What I'm looking for

I seek a technically-focused operations role combining IT systems, cloud or DevOps work, and delivery/fleet management in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am an IT and operations professional with hands-on experience in delivery services, systems design, and fleet management. I combine technical skills in networks, databases and development with practical logistics and customer-facing experience.

At Lucian’s Transport I led IT initiatives and administration, building in-house systems for employee hours, parts management, fleet tracking, and automating payment processes. I also designed and installed depot networks, VOIP, and all technical hardware.

In delivery roles I managed shipping of heavy and bulky items, driver management, geo-location setup, complaint handling and fixing delivery errors, while supporting customer inquiries across phone, email and chat channels.

I pursue continuous learning in cloud and software fields (AWS Cloud Ops, Higher Certificate in Software Development, N2 Electrical System, BSc IT Robotics pending) and bring a practical, problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic to operational and technical roles.
