I'm looking to improve virtual healthcare operations, reduce service gaps, strengthen referral pathways, and deliver compliant, person-centred care in a non-clinical healthcare environment.

At the Gauteng Health Department, I lead high-volume care coordination pipelines, implement decentralised digital and telehealth strategies and strengthen referral pathways to sustain continuity of care across regional boundaries.
