What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a restaurant role where I can handle to-go orders, phone orders, and register work while delivering fast, friendly service. I want a team that values cleanliness, accuracy, and good guest experiences, with room to grow.

I’m a To-Go Specialist who keeps online and phone orders running smoothly—from taking requests to packaging and delivering them to customers’ cars. I’m confident operating a cash register and helping wherever the shift needs it, including answering phones and supporting the front of house.

Across Food Lion, Applebee’s, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I’ve handled tasks like sweeping and cleaning work areas (including stainless fridges/windows), running the drive thru, making smoothies and prepping food, and assisting guests when they have complaints or problems. I treat accuracy and speed as the foundation of great customer service.

As a Shift Leader, I led by staying hands-on: managing guest flow, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating day-to-day responsibilities while keeping the team focused.
