What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in hospitality, tourism, events, customer experience, or community engagement where I can deliver welcoming service, coordinate operations, contribute to service improvements, and continue building my leadership and project-management skills.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management at The University of Queensland while contributing to event and community initiatives with Ronald McDonald House Charities, Blue Care, Wesley Mission Queensland, and Tipaload. I support event logistics, guest assistance, donations, customer research, journey mapping, and service-improvement recommendations.

I've also delivered front-line hospitality at Compass Group’s Adelphi University campus and coordinated insurance, reception, payroll, banking, and financial records across healthcare, services, and oil-rig catering operations. With an MBA in Management and a BBA in Accounting, I bring practical customer service, communication, financial administration, and stakeholder coordination to hospitality and events work.
