At IBM, I build external talent marketing strategies across APAC, Australia, and India. I led the digital “Like an IBMer” brand revamp, shaping its tone, advocacy, programmatic plans, and launch materials to reach 16M+ views across channels.
Previously at Google, I redesigned India’s Careers on Air virtual outreach platform and owned candidate communications for Google Students in India, from discovery to application. I also led Gemini Canvas launch communications across IITs and IIITs, generating 40K signups to the Gemini Pro student offer.
