I’m a Senior Solution Consultant with 15+ years of pre-sales and technical consulting experience, specializing in ServiceNow and telecom OSS/BSS platforms. I lead discovery workshops, run product demonstrations, and translate complex customer challenges into technical solution architectures that drive measurable business value.

In my current role at Infosys as Senior Consultant – Solution Consulting, I position and architect ServiceNow SOMT, CPQ, CSM Workspace, Contract Management, and integration capabilities—partnering with Sales and Product Management to support quarterly revenue goals. Previously, I served as a Solution Architect at Etisalat and a Technical Lead & Solution Architect – Pre-Sales Engineering at Ericsson, where I designed and implemented 600+ telecom product models, managed REST API-based integrations between billing/charging/CRM, and built proof-of-concepts to validate service configurations.
