I bring 23+ years of experience, including 15 years in Telecom (OSS/BSS), delivering end-to-end digital transformation programmes for global Communication Service Providers like British Telecom (UK) and NBN Co (Australia). I build OSS/BSS solutions that translate business intent into system-ready architectures, with a strong focus on outcomes and delivery quality.

I own end-to-end solution design—from requirement discovery workshops, BRDs/FRDs and process mapping through solution design documents, integration architecture, and UAT sign-off. I design across Order Management, Service Fulfilment & Provisioning, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, and Product Catalogue design, ensuring alignment from process to configuration.

My architecture approach applies TM Forum eTOM and SID data model principles, mapping telecom business processes and product hierarchies into configurations that systems can execute. I review and design against REST / TM Forum Open API specifications to enable cross-platform provisioning flows and integration impact assessments.

I’m stakeholder-facing by default, partnering with customer architects, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable OSS/BSS solutions—and I bring Agile leadership through Scrum Master credentials (PSM I). I’ve also delivered tangible results, including a 10% order processing efficiency gain, 47% reduction in failed installations, 35% operational efficiency improvement, and 150+ at-risk customer reinstatements per week, while advancing capability through knowledge transfer deployments.
