I’m a Business Management undergraduate pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Global Business Management in partnership with Northumbria University, Newcastle, via BMS Colombo Graduate School. I bring strong competencies in strategic planning, cross cultural management, international business analysis, and stakeholder communication.
I’ve built hands-on research and analysis through academic projects and module work, using quantitative approaches like Likert-scale surveys and SPSS data analysis. In my “Business Research: Training & Development – Softlogic Holdings PLC” project, I examined the impact of training and development on employee talent retention.
I also strengthen my business strategy perspective through market entry and competitive analysis. In my “Global Business Strategy: Cargills Ceylon PLC – Market Entry Analysis,” I applied the Integration-Responsiveness (I-R) framework, Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions, Porter's Competitive Advantage model, and PESTEL analysis.
From a business systems lens, I evaluate decision-support and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and IBM Cognos, and I classify information systems (TPS, MIS, DSS, EIS, Expert Systems) to support organizational decision-making. I’m eager to apply my theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a dynamic corporate environment.
