At FACTnSoftware, I worked on Taliswan, a multi-tenant recruitment platform, where I engineered an AI-powered quiz-generation engine and added a fallback flow from OpenAI to Google Gemini. I also integrated Azure Key Vault to manage tenant-specific API keys.
For SupportDeskTriage, I implemented asynchronous ticket-analysis processing with BullMQ and developed an embedded React widget for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. I also built Fixmate’s role-based frontend and REST API integrations, and developed REST APIs with ASP.NET Core for a smart garage management system.
