At Dixstone, I co-led the redesign of a documentation-submission workflow, moving it from Excel to a SaaS platform and reducing the process from four steps to two. I also partnered with developers to create a cloud-based competency assessment and training plans for key employees.

Across personnel coordination roles, I’ve coordinated international teams, recruitment agencies and project operations. My work has included tracking schedules, budgets, risks and compliance, and creating project documentation and status dashboards for stakeholders.
