At CityTech Appointments Ltd, I founded and grew a specialist technology recruitment business serving clients across IT services, telecoms, data centre and infrastructure, SaaS, FinTech, and enterprise technology. I built a 20-person data-cabling team for one client and delivered SC/DV-cleared appointments in secure technology environments.
I also led contingency, retained, and executive search mandates, including Board and leadership appointments, while taking responsibility for a six-person recruitment and operational team. Earlier, at SunGard Availability Services and Tech Mahindra, I sold complex enterprise technology solutions and received multiple President’s Club and sales achievement awards.
