I am an AAPC-certified medical coding professional, who also earned a specialized business degree with focused training in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. I combine formal coding education with hands-on administrative experience to ensure accurate claims processing.

In prior roles I managed patient records, verified insurance eligibility, prepared CMS-1500 and auto-insurance claims, and maintained strict PHI confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

I have provided consistent customer service and independent problem solving in a retail environment while simultaneously supporting clinical office operations as an office manager.
