I am a Certified Professional Coder – Apprentice (CPC-A) with three years of hands-on medical assisting and patient administration experience. I focus on accurate coding, billing processes, and compliant medical documentation to support revenue cycle health.

In my most recent role as Lead Medical Assistant & Patient Administrator, I managed EMR documentation, processed billing transactions, coordinated multi-provider scheduling, and facilitated onboarding for new team members. I have experience creating visit summaries, referrals, lab requisitions, and prescription entries.

Previously, I worked as a Receptionist/Desk Manager & Birth Assistant where I verified insurance coverage, generated invoices, supported clinical staff during births, and maintained front-desk communications and patient files. These roles strengthened my attention to detail and ability to perform in fast-paced clinical environments.

I am completing Practicode alongside my CPC-A certification and hold First Aid/AED/CPR certification. I bring a strong foundation in coding compliance (CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS), EMR systems, insurance verification, and patient scheduling, and I am committed to improving revenue cycle processes and patient record accuracy.
