At St. Peter’s Health, I ran nursing and clinical operations across inpatient and specialty services as Chief Nursing Officer, with accountability for quality, compliance, workforce, budgets, and operational reporting.
I partnered with nursing teams and a technology vendor to launch one of Montana’s first virtual nursing programs. Together, we developed workflows, standard work, and training, reaching more than 90% staff adoption and $2M ROI in 18 months.
I also built a patient navigation program from scratch, creating intake and care coordination pathways that served more than 300 patients. As Senior Nursing Director, I ran daily operations across multiple inpatient units and more than 300 staff.
Since 2026, I’ve run an independent advisory practice and advised virtual care and health-tech companies on service design, launch planning, and outcomes reporting. I’ve also created implementation resources and taught financial confidence and proficiency to clinical leaders.
