Kathryn Phillips
@kathrynphillips
Experienced Office Operations Associate and records specialist improving case workflows, compliance, and electronic documentation.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Office Operations Associate with extensive corrections experience, trusted to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly even when key coverage is absent. I coordinate offender file organization, transfers between offices, equipment support, and day-of workflow that keeps supervision on track.
I’m strong in reception and documentation accuracy—I handle the switchboard and calls, prepare and manage offender-related records, and ensure restitution and offender property documentation are correct. I also support continuous supervision by preparing terminated files, processing court obligations and supervision payments, and training others on multiple office duty assignments.
On the technical side, I support high-volume electronic case documentation using systems and platforms like OnBase, WICS, COMPAS/COMPASS, Outlook, Kofax, and electronic case filing. I’m meticulous with data entry and uploads, including uploading documents from courts, managing uploads for electronic cases, and ensuring specimens and paperwork for drug screenings are completed correctly for lab processing.
Before my current role, I worked as a Medical Room File Clerk / Operations Associate with HIPAA responsibilities and as a desk supervisor with direct oversight of staff and security operations. Across my career, I’ve built an approach grounded in compliance, confidentiality, conflict resolution, crisis awareness, and DEI-informed work—backed by ongoing training and certifications, including TESOL/TEFL.
