At Petrosynergy S.A., I implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across purchasing, finance, maintenance, and budgeting for more than 120 users. The implementation optimized financial closing workflows and reduced transaction processing time.
I also led seven automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and coordinating implementation. I managed an annual technology budget of USD 800K across three companies, maintaining 5% savings per company.
I coordinated 15 technology vendors and consultants, achieving on-time delivery in 98% of projects. Under ITIL, I resolved 80 requests per month and created project reports and indicators using Power BI and Excel.
Previously, at Unidad Educativa San Gabriel, I coordinated technology activities and projects and helped maintain 99.5% availability for more than 200 staff through preventive infrastructure maintenance. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Management and Technology at Aicad Business School.
