I’m looking for an ERP implementation role where I can own full delivery—from requirements to UAT, onboarding, and training—while partnering with cross-functional teams. I want to improve customer satisfaction through faster issue resolution and continuous feedback.

I’m an ERP Implementation Consultant with 8+ years of experience delivering SaaS and ERP solutions across Latin America. I lead the full implementation lifecycle—requirement gathering, system configuration, UAT, and client onboarding—while grounding delivery in strong financial process and business operations knowledge. I’m known for aligning cross-functional teams and acting as a reliable primary point of contact to drive successful outcomes.

At Magalink S.A. (K2B / VESTA Software Group), I support ERP implementations across multiple countries, analyze and resolve complex ERP tickets to reduce resolution time, and lead premium-level support handling an average of 25 tickets per week. I also execute Oracle and MySQL SQL queries to analyze data and validate issues, lead pre-implementation testing (up to 10 test cases per day), and provide onboarding, training, webinars, and system adoption support. Previously, I supported ERP implementations in Ecuador and Paraguay from onboarding to go-live, including functional analysis and module training (Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, Budgeting), and I built additional credibility through my accounting and tax compliance background.
