What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an education role where I can use data-driven instruction, educational technology, and strong family partnerships to support student growth in an inclusive learning environment.

I've designed standards-aligned, data-driven lessons at Sugar Creek Elementary School, using i-Ready, DIBELS, Maze, and ACAP data to identify learning gaps and deliver targeted small-group interventions.

I've also taught Pre-K at Lauderdale County Elementary School, creating inclusive classrooms through positive reinforcement and clear routines. I partner closely with families, administrators, and specialized staff, adapt accommodations for IEPs and 504 plans, and use Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, Screencasting, SMART Boards, and Google Workspace to support in-person, hybrid, and virtual learning.
