I’m a motivated, customer-focused student office assistant with experience supporting day-to-day operations in a financial aid office and handling sensitive, identity-related information with care.

In the Iowa State University Financial Aid Office, I helped answer questions about scholarship and other financial aid, confirmed student identities, and provided answers by reviewing students’ information. I also helped process checks—confirming identity, logging them into our system, stamping, filing, and organizing records.

Outside the office, I built strong reliability through roles like Meal Prep Assistant for the Roland-Story School District, where I packaged breakfast and lunches for up to three days, tracked inventory, prepped meals, and helped hand them out to students and families. At Cinemark, I cleaned theaters, checked tickets, restocked, counted inventory, and sold tickets and concessions—going above and beyond during a power outage and a tornado to keep operations running smoothly.

I bring the communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution mindset to every shift—staying organized, empathetic, and respectful with sensitive information. I’m comfortable using tools like Microsoft Teams and email while coordinating with full-time staff, students, donors, and coworkers to ensure things get done accurately and on time.
