What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend ABA principles with data-driven, differentiated instruction—supporting learners with special needs through evidence-based behavioral and academic interventions in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

I’m a dedicated educator pursuing advanced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, educational technology, and data-driven instruction. I design differentiated learning experiences by analyzing academic and behavioral data, then implementing evidence-based strategies to support student achievement and engagement.

As a Teacher/Special Ed. and Post–Special Education Educator/Kindergarten Teacher, I provided individualized instruction and behavioral support in a structured classroom and implemented behavior management strategies while collaborating with specialists. I’ve led instructional teams, supported targeted intervention and curriculum alignment, achieved 100% mastery in reading proficiency, and earned recognition as Teacher of the Year for excellence in instruction and student achievement.
