At Alexandria Farms, I lead funding outreach, business development, and operational coordination for a sustainable and regenerative agricultural company expanding the haskap berry market. I've secured over $700,000 in grants and loans to reinvest in improving and growing operations.

I identify retail and wholesale partners to support early-stage haskap berry market entry, and I coordinate foreign-worker hiring processes, including documentation, work permits, and immigration compliance.

I also helped launch and operate Fort Alexandria Cafe during COVID-19, redesigning its menu and improving the customer experience. I managed scheduling, QuickBooks financial tracking, inventory and food ordering, and a team of five employees.

My background also includes short-term rental management, door-to-door sales at Telus Communications, and luxury sales at Nordstrom, where I reached the top 10% in sales through relationship-driven, consultative selling.
