I lead the Customer Service team at an emergency animal hospital to ensure clients are empathetically supported in critical, stressful times regarding their pet's health.

I conducted interviews with stakeholders to understand the product and how to optimize their launch into the US market. I created a research plan from the brief's objectives and recruited participants for in-person interviews to gather product opinions and usability of the company's website. Afterwards, I synthesized data to extract key insights essential for accomplishing research goals.

I collaborated with a cross-functional team of UX designers and the founder of SodaSpeak to align on the product vision. To diversify my research and testing approaches, I incorporated heuristic analysis, video user interviews, and usability tests. This comprehensive insight enabled me to design and create a clickable, high-fidelity prototype aimed to boost paid subscriber conversion rates.

An end-to-end UX design project, starting with user research where I conducted one-on-one interviews with nine Bizminer customers. Using affinity mapping, I synthesized data to grasp user needs deeply. I created prototypes for usability testing, which, alongside mentor and colleague critiques, guided the development of a high-fidelity web-app prototype. It was well-received by the CEO.
