What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to innovate in curriculum design and foster student success in a collaborative environment.

I am an experienced educational leader with a strong background in curriculum design and instruction. Currently, I am developing competency-based courses for the Community College System of New Hampshire, where I have successfully designed 10 Microcredential/Badges certification courses. My passion for education drives me to create engaging learning experiences that empower students and support their academic growth.

Throughout my career, I have held various teaching and administrative roles, including Assistant Principal at Stratham School District. In this position, I supervise and evaluate a faculty of 136 members, lead professional development initiatives, and coordinate student support services. My commitment to fostering a positive learning environment is evident in my leadership of multiple committees focused on social-emotional learning and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

With a Master's in Elementary Education and a C.A.G.S. in Educational Leadership, I am dedicated to continuous improvement in educational practices. I thrive on collaboration with colleagues and students alike, ensuring that every learner has the support they need to succeed.
