What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can design end-to-end, data-heavy B2B/SaaS systems—partnering tightly with engineering and PM, using research and usability testing to de-risk adoption, and turning messy constraints into scalable, intuitive product flows.

I’m a Senior Product Designer with 6+ years of experience designing end-to-end systems for complex, data-heavy B2B and SaaS environments. I turn business strategy, complex technical constraints, and messy data into scalable, intuitive experiences, with a strong focus on information architecture and data visualization.

At Bank Millennium, I designed a widget-based, user-configurable enterprise dashboard system from scratch—architecting the full add/remove/configure experience. I built targeted, contextual onboarding frameworks to de-risk adoption, testing configurators and behaviour-triggered tours, and worked with research and business leaders to turn ambiguous needs into scalable product flows—directly driving a 2x growth in corporate banking scale.

Earlier at PubNub, I led product design for Illuminate from concept through MVP to a 2025 NAB Show Product of the Year win. I validated direction through client interviews, mapped cross-persona journeys in workshops with engineering and product, and ran usability testing on the MVP using AI-assisted prototyping (Cursor + Figma MCP) to surface adoption blockers and secure faster stakeholder buy-in.
