At Gila County Government, I administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Hyper-V, identity services, and enterprise infrastructure. I lead cloud migration, backup modernization, disaster recovery, storage expansion, and server lifecycle projects.
I support county-wide platforms including Tyler New World ERP, Journal Technologies, RapidSOS, Citrix, Exchange Online, Duo, and VoIP. As a Tier III escalation point, I resolve critical production issues alongside department leaders and vendors.
Previously, I managed account security, permissions, multifactor authentication, endpoint protection, access control, and incident-response activities as a Security Analyst. I also provided remote Microsoft product support, documented cases clearly, and translated complex troubleshooting steps into plain language.
